Stockdale & Leggo Croydon are an established real estate agency and leader in Melbourne’s eastern property market, having been awarded Number 1 office of the Stockdale & Leggo group for eight consecutive years.
To facilitate future growth, Stockdale & Leggo Croydon required a modernisation of their office and adjoining tenancy to create two connected spaces for the sales and rental functions of their business. Before engaging Bowen Interiors, the two departments occupied separate neighbouring buildings. Working to a strict budget, Bowen Interiors was appointed to undertake the complete refurbishment.
Bowen Interiors conducted an on-site consultation with Stockdale & Leggo Croydon to determine the specific requirements of the project. Floor plans, 3D renders, and colour mood boards, along with detailed furniture specifications, were used to illustrate a prior vision of the workspace.
A tailored layout incorporating both open plan and private areas was designed to create a mix of collaborative and consultation spaces while still allowing room for private meetings and workspaces.
A full colour schedule was incorporated to visually align and communicate Stockdale & Leggo’s corporate identity, while polished concrete floors, natural timber panelling and designer lighting added a modern look and feel.
To complement the larger workspace for the growing team, a modern kitchenette, office furniture, waiting area furnishings and meeting furniture were installed to provide an attractive and productive office environment.
